Introduction
to the Scottish Innovators Network
Scottish Innovators’ Network was first founded at the Glasgow
Science Centre circa 2001. It was intended to be a networking “club” for inventors and those interested in invention in Scotland.
In 2005 we moved from the GSC and are now generously hosted by Murgitroyd
and Company, 165-169 Scotland Street, Glasgow.
We occasionally invite speakers to present to our meeting attendees on a subject that we feel may be of interest to our members, this varies from Professors from local Universities telling us of their work to Business Angels informing members how to find project funding to fellow inventors relating their experiences, good and bad!
We are very strongly committed to maintaining an open door and free membership.
To gain access to our meetings all we ask is that you sign a Document of Non-Disclosure, therefore protecting all attendees, including you, from having their ideas discussed outside of our private
forum.
We like to help each other and non-members to progress our ideas whether with marketing advice, technical help or even just a shoulder to cry on. |
